Maintaining properly aligned vehicles helps boost your bottom line with improved driver handling, better tire performance and decreased fuel consumption.  Align your fleet for laser accurate performance and reduce your operating costs today.

Our Alignment Team has over 15 years of experience using the Bee Line alignment system.   When your wheels are aligned with our Bee Line equipment, you save thousands of dollars by extending the life of your fleet’s tires.  Alignment isn’t just for tractor steer tires and drive tires it’s for trailer tandems too.  Misaligned trailer axles will cause irregular wear on the trailer and power unit tires.  Maintaining properly aligned vehicles helps keep money in your pocket by offering the following benefits:

      • Increased tire performance up to 30%

      • 1 to 3 % better fuel mileage

      • Increased driver handling/less fatigue

      • Improved performance from suspension parts

Although wheel alignment is often overlooked in preventive maintenance programs, more importance is being placed on the cost savings and handling characteristics of routine complete alignments.  Fleet executives are putting more emphasis on maintaining skilled drivers by performing computerized alignments which create considerable fuel and tire savings while improving drivability.

Bee Line’s state-of-the-art computerized alignment system utilizes lasers, which are more accurate than manual or infrared sensors. The bright laser beams are highly visible and show any alignment errors on the vehicle. Bee Line lasers provide the most accurate alignment readings on the market today. While most systems only measure to one-hundredths of an inch, we use a system capable of measuring alignment variables to five-thousandths of an inch. All corrections and adjustments to a vehicle’s alignment are done with a “live” reading. The readings for toe, rear tracking and camber are shown on the computer screen or a wireless Remote Display and reflect all changes as corrections are being made to ensure accuracy. Calibration is built-in on Bee Line equipment. Calibration is an important part of any alignment system and should be done frequently to ensure accurate alignment readings. Our equipment can be calibrated by the operator at any time in just a few minutes — there is no long wait or extra expense while waiting for an outside party to come and calibrate the equipment.

Our state of the art Diesel Particulate Filter cleaning system uses what we call “Dual Force” technology where compressed air and intense vacuum is used is simultaneously to push from the top and pull from the bottom to force the contaminated soot from the filter cells. The EvacuBlast has a built in pressure differential test system to evaluate the filter before, during and after the cleaning process is completed. Each filter has a different “flow pattern” on where the exhaust enters the DPF when on the truck. These flow patterns usually create more soot concentrated in a specific part of the DPF loading up excessive soot in that area. This is what we call the gum ball. Our system allows us to work on that area until clean where other automated systems don’t. With the combined compressed air and intense vacuum working in sequence, there is no other machine that can clean a filter the way this can.

     • The only system in the industry that has DUAL FORCED Air Pressure

      • Able to focus on the bad part of the filter until it is cleaned properly

      • The most thorough and cost effective DPF Cleaning Machine on the market

      • Turn Key Operation

      • Capable of handling any DPF on the market today!

      • By Far the most versatile system in the US

EvacuBurn is designed to facilitate the cleaning process of dirty filters. In some cases a filter may need to be baked due to amount of wet soot, unburned hydrocarbons and must be baked in order to regenerate the soot to ash that cannot be effectively removed with just any air induced system. EvacuBurn controller is programmed to ramp up the temperature at a rate that will not crack the substrate of the filter. The EvacuBurn holds the temperature constant for two hours to ensure a complete regeneration of the filter. The EvacuBurn controller then automatically decreases temperature at a controlled rate to protect the filter substrate.
